CLIENT-CENTERED AND TRAUMA-INFORMED
Hello! I'm Neeka Wittern.
I earned my Master of Science in Couples and Family Therapy from the University Nevada - Las Vegas 2021 and established my private practice All Parts Therapy ©. Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Family Science and a Certificate in Positive Psychology, at the University of Utah in 2019.
Currently, I am pursuing a Sex Therapy Certification from AASECT and plan to become certified in the Gottman Method, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
I specialize in Sex Therapy, Somatic Healing, Ethical Non-Monogamy, Kink/BDSM, and LGBTQ+ communities, and I offer both in-person sessions at The Desert Counseling Center and online sessions for those with a safe and private space.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Therapist Intern, I create a judgment-free environment for individuals, couples, and families to express themselves. My practice is rooted in a supportive atmosphere where clients can discuss their sexual, emotional, and relationship challenges. I employ various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, The Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems, to help clients heal and grow.
I work with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, offering specialized sessions on Ethical Non-Monogamy and workshops on related topics. With extensive teaching experience at UNLV and local organizations, I also focus on BDSM dynamics and can assist in crafting relationship contracts.
Being part of the LGBTQ+ community and a retired sex worker, I understand the unique challenges faced by these communities and strive to foster a compassionate and trustworthy relationship with my clients.
As a certified facilitator of the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment for couples, I invite you to reach out if you're interested in strengthening your relationship through this tool.
One of the most impactful transformations I help my clients achieve is in breakup recovery. Healing from the pain of a breakup or divorce can be a challenging and lengthy journey. I offer a supportive space for you to navigate life on your own terms, focus on self-care, build your self-worth and confidence before stepping into new relationships.
Your experiences matter, and I am here to support your growth without judgment. My practice is inclusive and affirming for all individuals, regardless of their background or lifestyle.
