Get to Know Me

CLIENT-CENTERED AND TRAUMA-INFORMED

Hello! My name is Neeka Wittern. I graduated with a Master of Science in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas. I also graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Family Science and a Certificate in Positive Psychology from the University of Utah in 2019. Currently, I am pursuing a Sex Therapy Certification from AASECT and plan to soon become Gottman and IFS Certified.

I started my student internship with Red Rock Counseling in May 2021.

Since then, have started my private practice, All Parts Therapy ©.

I still use the Red Rock Counseling office space to practice in-person therapy sessions. I also offer online sessions, which are always an option, as long as you have a safe and private space with a good internet connection.

As a Marriage and Family Therapy Therapist Intern, I provide a safe space for individuals, couples, and families to open up and be themselves without fear or judgment.

I conduct my practice in a supportive atmosphere in which clients can talk about their sexual, emotional, and relationship issues with a trained professional. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral TherapyThe Gottman Method, Strategic Family TherapySolution Focused Brief Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. This well-rounded approach helps clients address All Parts of themselves to heal emotions and trauma; in addition, I am trauma-informed and client-centered.

I am a certified facilitator of the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment for couples. If you are interested in using this assessment to strengthen your relationship and our couples sessions, feel free to reach out to me.

I personally understand the importance of promoting a compassionate and trustworthy relationship with my clients, this fosters self-awareness and healing.

No matter what you are experiencing, I am here to help you grow, without judgment. Your experience is important to me and you deserve to be heard.

My practice is open and affirming to all people regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, socio-economic status, religious or political beliefs, and/or alternative forms of sexual expression and lifestyle.
